The City of Pasay (Filipino: Lungsod ng Pasay) is one of the cities and municipalities that make up Metro Manila in the Philippines. It is bordered on the north by the country's capital, Manila, to the northeast by Makati City, to the east by Taguig City, and Parañaque City to the south.
Pasay City was one of the original four cities of Metro Manila. Due to its proximity to Manila, it quickly became an urban town during the American Period.
Philippine Airlines is headquartered in the Philippine National Bank Financial Center in Pasay City. Spirit of Manila Airlines has its headquarters in Roxas Sea Front Garden in Pasay City. Cebu Pacific and Interisland Airlines have their headquarters on the grounds of Ninoy Aquino International Airport and in Pasay City.
Malolos City
City of Malolos (mälō'lōs), (Kapampangan: Lakanbalen ning Malolos/Ciudad ning Malolos; Filipino: Lungsod ng Malolos), is a 3rd class urban component city in the Republic of the Philippines. Malolos is considered as the 115th city in the country.[2] It is the capital city of the province of Bulacan as the seat of the provincial government. It is also the seat of the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Malolos.
Malolos is the historical site of the constitutional convention of 1898 that led to the establishment of the First Philippine Republic, the first republic in Asia, led by Emilio Aguinaldo. Malolos served as the capital of the short-lived republic from 1898-1899. In 1899, after the Malolos Constitution was ratified, the Universidad Literia de Filipinas was established in Malolos, Bulacan. It offered Law as well as Medicine, Surgery and Notary Public; Academia Militar which was established on October 25, 1898; and The Burgos Institute, an exclusive school for boys.

Philippine International Convention Center
The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) is a convention middle in the Philippines. Located at the reclaimed area now known as the Cultural Middle of the Philippines (CCP) Complex in Pasay City (a Manila suburb), this state-of-the-art facility has been the host of numerous local & foreign conventions, meetings, fairs, & social events.
On the presence of the PICC, Manila has always been tagged as a "Convention City".
PICC was also the home of the Office of the Vice President of the Philippines, until 2005.
The PICC is dedicated to the task of bringing peoples and nations together and providing a place where they can meet and exchange ideas that may perhaps open doors to better world understanding and peace.
